(“Visora”, “we”, “us”, “our”). To make these Terms easier to read, the Site and our services are collectively called the “Services.”
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ARBITRATION FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
When you agree to these Terms you are agreeing (with limited exception) to resolve any dispute between you and Visora through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. Please review carefully Section 17 “Dispute Resolution” below for details regarding arbitration.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services.
Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your use of the Services, for information on how we collect, use and share your information.
You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with Visora, and not otherwise barred from using the Services under applicable law.
Our Services are designed to allow you to upload Task Results in response to prompts or other directives set forth on the Site (“Tasks”) and earn payments for eligible audiovisual content, subject to these Terms.
Task Results that you create subject to these Terms will be a work-made-for-hire owned exclusively by Visora. You grant Visora a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your Task Results for any purpose, including training AI models.
You may be eligible to receive payments based on your submission of Task Results through the Services. Details on payments may be found in our Payments Policy.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Visora's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid to you by Visora or $100.00.
Disputes will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding.
You are an independent contractor and are not an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Visora.
